All orders placed before 1:30pm AEST each business day, will be dispatched out the same day (unless the item is a pre-order). Orders placed after 1.30pm will be dispatched the following day.

Yes, we do! Our global DeeSquad is way too precious to be missing out! We use Australia Post to send all international parcels. They are all trackable posts, so you have nothing to worry about!
Please note that you are responsible for paying any duties/taxes on your purchase. Fees are determined by the respective country’s custom department. Dee’s Pop Up is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Your order will be dispatched in 1-2 business days, and should arrive in 2-3 days for metro areas, and 4-7 days for regional areas within Australia.
During busy periods our dispatch team may take a day or two longer depending on volumes - we are only a small business!

It may absolutely feel frustrating but don’t stress! We strive to make this a hassle free experience and ensure you’re able to check the status of your parcel once it's posted. You will receive an automated email confirming delivery with tracking information.

Got way too excited about placing your order and mistyped your unit number? No stress!
If you have incorrectly entered your delivery address, shoot us a message on LiveChat via our website within an hour of placing your order to ensure we help update your address details immediately.
Uh oh! If the order has already been dispatched from our office and the address is incorrect, we will not be able to send out a new parcel. This will incur a return to sender fee of $10 which is charged by Australia Post.
To have the item sent to the correct address, additional payment for the redelivery costs will also be incurred on your side.

All packages sent will have the option to sign upon arrival. However, if there is a safe area for your parcel, the delivery ground team will leave your parcel at the door. Do note if you select this option, we are not liable for lost parcels. You can also track your parcel for confirmation of delivery.
