EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

At Dee’s Pop Up we want you to love your items as much as we love them. If for any particular reasons you are unhappy with them you can simply send them back to us for a store credit coupon.

Sending back your return is very simple:

1) Check that your item meet our requirements below.

2) Fill in the form at the back of your invoice, take a photo and send it to hello@deespopupshop.com.au or join our exclusive Facebook group and send us a private message. You can now send the parcel back to us. A response from us is not required before sending. Please make sure that you meet the requirements otherwise your package will be sent back to you which will also incur a $10 flat rate return fee.

3. Send it away

Option 1: FROM HOME

1) Using the original satchel that it was sent in, flip the satchel inside out.

2) Avoid queues at post office and pay for return postage online here: http://www.clickandsend.com.au

3) Print the label and attach to parcel

4) Drop it at any Australia Post street posting boxes

Option 2: AT POST OFFICE

1) Reverse the original satchel (saves cost of buying another one)

2) Get it manually weigh at post office
