At Dee’s Pop Up we want you to love your items as much as we love them. If for any particular reasons you are unhappy with them you can simply send them back to us for a store credit coupon.
Sending back your return is very simple:
1) Check that your item meet our requirements below.
2) Fill in the form at the back of your invoice, take a photo and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org or join our exclusive Facebook group and send us a private message. You can now send the parcel back to us. A response from us is not required before sending. Please make sure that you meet the requirements otherwise your package will be sent back to you which will also incur a $10 flat rate return fee.
3. Send it away
Option 1: FROM HOME
1) Using the original satchel that it was sent in, flip the satchel inside out.
2) Avoid queues at post office and pay for return postage online here: http://www.clickandsend.com.au
3) Print the label and attach to parcel
4) Drop it at any Australia Post street posting boxes
Option 2: AT POST OFFICE
1) Reverse the original satchel (saves cost of buying another one)
2) Get it manually weigh at post office
Our team will do our best to accept your returns, we want your shopping experience to be flexible and simple. All returns are given a store credit.
NOTE: We have the rights to refuse any items that do not meet the requirements as listed below:
– Items must be returned within 14 days (Australia) of receiving parcel and 21 days (International)
– Items remain in original condition with swing tags attached
– No makeup stains or perfume/wardrobe smell
– Returns form and its original invoice
– Must be full priced items
-Items using a store credit voucher cannot be returned
We will inspect the items before sending a store credit coupon (we will not be crediting you for your original postage)
Postage is at buyers expense.
Please note: If your NEW order falls below $80 (excluding credit) you will need to pay for postage. Free shipping only applies to new orders that is over $80 (excluding credit). If postage is not selected we will need to hold your order and ask for you to make payment.
We accept returns for full priced items only. Sale items cannot be returned so please choose carefully before you buy. For hygienic reasons, freebras, accessories and handbags cannot be returned.

We encourage all customers to try on items as soon as they receive them and contact us right away.
Fill in the form at the back of your invoice and post it back to us with your return. If you have lost this form please contact us at email@example.com and we will simply send it to you.
Australian customers: From the day of receiving parcel, items must be returned back to us within 14 days.
International customers: From the day of receiving parcel, items must be returned back to us within 21 days.
If customers exceed this time frame we will need to send your parcel back to you and you will also incur a return fee of $10.
We do not hold items for exchange due to high demands. You will need to wait for your store credit to make an exchange or you can simply place a new order to not miss out on the item.
Any parcels that we receive returned back to us will incur a fee of $10. Please make sure you collect your parcel from the post office. You will be liable for the new postage.
Our store credit coupon has no expiry.
Once your item has been received in our office, our friendly team will inspect the garments. Please allow 5 business days once your parcel arrives in our office – for credits to be process.
Credit coupon cannot be used with any other offer/promo discount.

Yes sure we can accept your return as long as it meets within our return policy. However just a reminder we do not offer refunds. All Afterpay orders will be issued a store credit.
