The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the eCommerce & Marketing manager and creative team to continuously optimise and implement strategies that push the business forward. You will be responsible for all management of our digital platforms such as email marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO and paid ads.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan ahead and keep marketing calendar up to date with digital events
  • Manage email marketing by planning and executing email campaigns as well as setting up email marketing automations
  • Develop, plan and set up sponsored ads for Facebook and Instagram
  • Develop, plan and set up retargeting ads through Adroll
  • Develop, plan and set up Google Ads – SEM, Google Shopping
  • Manage collaborations & partnerships with influencers, affiliates and cashback reward programs through Commission Factory
  • Creating new digital marketing campaigns, implementing bid strategies, audience segment optimisation and ad copy optimisation
  • Develop seasonal digital marketing concept in conjunction with the creative and buying team team to drive conversions online
  • Work with the eCommerce & Marketing manager to test and approve site development works where required and resolve any site technical issues
  • Contribute to to the continuous improvement of the customer shopping journey online 
  • Track daily performances of campaigns and prepare weekly, quarterly reports 

 

To be successful in this role:

 

  • Minimum 3+ years in a similar role, in an eCommerce or fashion retail environment
  • Solid understanding of best practices in digital marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing)
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Experience with WordPress and MailChimp preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team & independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised and deadline driven
  • Relevant degree in Marketing/Digital preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, plan and develop concept on Live videos to engage with audience and build genuine interaction
  • Manage and create long form videos for instagram IGTV and Youtube
  • Other content types include in-house content, styling videos, educational videos, long-form videos to tell stories
  • Editing of content and scheduling all posts/reels and stories on our Instagram
  • Shoot content in our weekly photoshoot for marketing use
  • Be on top competitors and gathering ideas from various industries for our implementation
  • Always researching on Facebook Group strategies and bringing new ideas to the table for execution
  • Stay abreast and be on top of new features launched social media and research on how we can utilise these for the business
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for social results

To be successful in this role:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role, in an eCommerce or fashion retail environment
  • Solid understanding of social media strategies, especially for Instagram
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Ability to edit photos and stories on mobile apps
  • Ability to work in a team & independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised and deadline driven
  • Willing to stay on board for at least 2-3 years in this role & grow with the business

The Community Stylist will report directly to the Community Manager to ensure every single customer that reaches out is met with informed, impeccable & prompt responses. This position is responsible for monitoring and responding to customers on the Dee’s Pop Up Shop social channels as well as on the phone & is pivotal in maintaining our key customer value proposition of Your Friend in Fashion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Take responsibility and accountability for day to day customer happiness on the following channels:
  • Facebook Page Wall
  • Facebook Group Wall
  • Facebook Group Messenger
  • Facebook Page Messenger
  • Instagram Direct Messages
  • Comments within Facebook Ads
  • Phone calls when the enquiry is of a general nature
  • Report any serious customer conflicts to the disputes team
  • Work under the direction of the Community Manager to ensure the above channels are up to date at the end of each day
  • Work to set Key Performance Indicators to ensure all customer communication is only of the highest standard
  • Assisting the Community Manager in any other tasks she requires

 

To be successful in this role:

 

  • Has 1-2 years of office customer service experience in a fashion environment
  • An interest in fashion and styling
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast typing skills
  • Bubbly and personable
  • The ability to interact with a diverse range of people
  • The ability to easily multitask from a variety of different communication channels
  • A positive disposition, motivation and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Willing to be developed, take instructions from more senior staff & grow with the business

Marketing Intern


The Role:

You will report to the Marketing Coordinator and assist the marketing team to create marketing content and execute marketing plans. You will be working across various digital channels including social media and Google Analytics.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

– Assisting in the creation of engaging social media content

– Engaging and interacting on social media including on Instagram and Facebook

– Assist in fashion photoshoots

– Assist with sourcing and executing collaborations with influencers

– Assisting in the creation of graphics and other marketing material

– Analyse the effectiveness of marketing plans

The right candidate must:

– Have a good knowledge of the social media landscape, particularly Instagram and Facebook

– Have sound photo editing skills (experience with Adobe Creative Cloud will be highly regarded)

– Have a good eye for detail

– Be hard-working and motivated and with a good ability to multitask

– Be passionate about fashion and be willing to bring new ideas to the table

Graphic Design Intern

The Role:

You will report to the Marketing Coordinator and assist the marketing and graphics team to create and edit marketing material.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

– Assisting with both website and social media content creation including taking flat lays

– Assisting the graphics team with editing photoshoots

– Assisting in the creation of promotional graphics and other marketing materials

The right candidate must:

– Have knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – particularly Photoshop and Lightroom

– Have a good eye for detail

– Be hard-working and motivated and with a good ability to multitask

– Be passionate about fashion and be willing to bring new ideas to the table
