DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Full time role is Monday to Friday 9am – 5.00pm.

The position will include but not limited to:

– Manage a small team

– Manage and maintain all website content

– Develop and implement new marketing strategies to grow the business

– Liase with web developer to manage website and new projects

– Brief creative team with new creative visions

– Manage the growth of our social media presents

– Work closely with Director and Operations Manager to improve office systems and strategies

– Training and recruitment of staff

– Develop training materials to improve on staff performance

The right candidate must:

– Must have experience in a management role in fashion e-commerce

– Strong marketing experience

– Ability to lead by example

– Ability to manage the operations of the office

– Exceptional communication skills

– Good at problem solving

– Self motivated

– Ability to multitask with a small team

– Team player

– High level of attention to detail

– Able to work in a face paced environment

– Outstanding organisational skills

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ASSISTANT 

2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Full time – Monday to Friday 9am -5pm

The position will include but not limited to:

– Managing & schedule our socials

– Connect with customers through social media

– Manage existing collaborations and build new relationships with models / influencers / sponsors

– Organise, style & manage weekly photoshoots

– Conduct competitor research

– Go live and make interactive video content eg. YouTube, Fb Live, Insta stories

– Creating & manage all ads

– Reach out to other platforms to grow our own

– Effectively grow all channels through ads (Instagram, Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Mail Chimp, Adroll)

– Improve clicks & overall website traffic

– Prepare newsletters and intension for graphic designer

 

 

The right candidate must:

– have previous e-Commerce marketing experience

– be creative

– have a strong sense of styling & have previous experience

– have a clear vision and confidence to execute

– be innovative

– ability to multitask

– take pride in work

– have previous experience in photography, photoshoots, styling, fashion & content creation

– be able to show us previous work

– work with marketing manager to execute campaigns & overall vision

Marketing/PR Intern

The Role:

You will report to the Marketing Coordinator and assist the marketing team to create marketing content and execute marketing plans. You will be working across various digital channels including social media and Google Analytics.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

– Pitch relevant ideas to the marketing team

– Assisting in the creation of engaging social media content

– Engaging and interacting on social media including on Instagram and Facebook

– Assist on photoshoots

– Assist with sourcing and executing collaborations with influencers

– Assisting in the creation of graphics and other marketing material

– Analyse the effectiveness of marketing plans

The right candidate must:

– Have a good knowledge of social media landscapes, particularly Instagram and Facebook

– Have sound photo editing skills (experience with Adobe Creative Cloud will be highly regarded)

– Have a good eye for detail

– Be hard-working and motivated and with a good ability to multitask

– Be passionate about fashion and be willing to bring new ideas to the table

Candidates must be available to join our fun and creative team 2-3 days a week for a 3-month period. While this is an unpaid internship, we can credit the internship to relevant study requirements/subjects.

The Role:

You will report to the Marketing Coordinator and assist the marketing and graphics team to create and edit content and marketing materials.

– Assisting the graphics team with editing photoshoots

– Assisting in the creation of promotional graphics and other marketing materials

The right candidate must:

– Have knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – particularly Photoshop and Lightroom

– Have a good eye for detail

– Be hard-working and motivated and with a good ability to multitask

– Be passionate about fashion and be willing to bring new ideas to the table

Candidates must be available to join our fun and creative team 1-2 days a week for a 3-month period. While this is an unpaid internship, we can credit the internship to relevant study requirements/subjects.
