At Dee’s Pop Up we want you to love your items as much as we love them. If for any particular reasons you are unhappy with them you can simply send them back to us for a store credit coupon.
Sending back your return is very simple!
To return an item to us, simply fill out your returns form (located on the back of your tax invoice or by downloading a copy below) and pop it into the satchel with your return!
Items can be returned for a store credit. To be eligible, your items must be:
- Returned to us within 14 days (Australia)/21 days (International) of receiving parcel
- Remain in original condition with swing tags attached
- Are unworn and unwashed
- Have no makeup stains or perfume/wardrobe smell
- Are not sale items
- Not purchased using a store credit voucher
If your return doesn’t meet the requirements, your package will be sent back to you with a $10 return fee.
We reserve the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected of a store credit
We will not credit you for original postage paid.
The cost of the order to be returned to Dee’s Pop Up Shop is at the customer’s expense.
We strongly recommend shipping your return back using trackable post as we are not responsible for any returns which are lost in transit or do not arrive.
If your NEW order falls below $80 (excluding credit) you will need to pay for postage. Free shipping only applies to new orders that is over $80 (excluding credit).
We only accept returns for full priced items and items purchased on promotion.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a store credit, so please choose carefully before you buy.
For hygienic reasons, freebras and accessories cannot be returned.

Australian customers: From the day of receiving parcel, items must be returned back to us within 14 days.
International customers: From the day of receiving parcel, items must be returned back to us within 21 days.
If customers exceed this time frame we will need to send your parcel back to you and you will also incur a return fee of $10.
Due to the fast turnaround and high amount of orders, we do not offer exchanges and we cannot hold items.
Once you receive your store credit code, you can use this to repurchase the size, colour or style that you are after.

Any parcels that we receive returned back to us will incur a fee of $10. Please make sure you collect your parcel from the post office. You will be liable for the new postage.
Our store credit coupon has no expiry and can be used on any product on the website.
Once your item has been received in our office, our team will inspect and assess your garment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
Your store credit code will be emailed to the email address indicated on your order and is issued for the full value of the returned item/s, less any discounts applied to your order and shipping costs your order may have incurred. Please be sure to check your junk mail for your store credit code.
Credit coupon cannot be used with any other offer/promo discount.
We choose our items with love and hope that each and everyone loves everything as much as we do. If you have concerns about an item with sizing, colour etc we are always here to help.
We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer store credit coupon with no expiry.
In the unlikely event an item is faulty, please contact us immediately via email@example.com and we will assist you. If deemed faulty, we will organise a replacement to be sent to you.
Please note that Dee’s Pop Up Shop does not accept returns for products which have been damaged during wash or wear and tear.
Yes! We can accept your return as long as it meets within our return policy.
Please note: We do not offer refunds. All Afterpay orders will be issued a store credit.
So sorry love, we are unable to accept the return of sale items unless there is a manufacturing fault. This means all sale items are final and you should ensure you have ordered the correct size. If you need a hand finding the best size please contact our friendly ladies in our Customer Happiness Team. .

As per our returns policy there are a number of scenarios that we allow you to return a product but unfortunately not always can we accept a return. If your item does not meet our returns policy our team will contact you via email explaining why it has been rejected and request you to notify us in the next 30 days on how you’d like the item returned to you.
We provide two options in this situation: 1) item is to be kept at Dee’s and included in the shipping of your next purchase 2) payment to cover the return and re-delivery fees.
If we do not receive a response within 30 days of sending the email we will donate the item to charity.
