At Dee’s Pop Up we want you to love your items as much as we love them. If for any particular reasons you are unhappy with them you can simply send them back to us for a store credit coupon.
Sending back your return is very simple!
- Fill out the returns slip on the back of your tax invoice.
- Follow the dotted line and cut out the returns address on the bottom of the slip.
- Stick it on the front of the satchel and write the senders address on the back.
- Post it back to us.
Items can be returned for a store credit. To be eligible, your items must:
- Be sent back within 14 days (AU customers) and 21 days (international) of receiving your parcel
- Not be purchased using a store credit
- Be in original/unwashed/unworn condition with tags attached
- Not be a sale item (excludes items purchased on promotion)
If your return doesn’t meet the requirements, your package will be sent back to you with a $10 return fee.
Please note: We will not credit you for original postage paid.
Postage is at buyers expense.
Please note: If your NEW order falls below $80 (excluding credit) you will need to pay for postage. Free shipping only applies to new orders that is over $80 (excluding credit).
If postage is not selected we will need to hold your order and ask for you to make payment.
We only accept returns for full priced items, items purchased on promotion or with a coupon code and daily deal items. Sale items cannot be returned so please choose carefully before you buy.
For hygienic reasons, freebras, accessories and handbags cannot be returned.

EXTENDED RETURNS FOR CHRISTMAS:
For any purchase made in Decemeber, from the day of receiving parcel, items must be returned back to us within 30 days.
Australian customers: From the day of receiving parcel, items must be returned back to us within 14 days.
International customers: From the day of receiving parcel, items must be returned back to us within 21 days.
If customers exceed this time frame we will need to send your parcel back to you and you will also incur a return fee of $10.
We do not hold items for exchange due to high demands. You will need to wait for your store credit to make an exchange or you can simply place a new order to not miss out on the item.
If you’ve accidentally misplaced your returns slip you can print one out here.
Any parcels that we receive returned back to us will incur a fee of $10. Please make sure you collect your parcel from the post office. You will be liable for the new postage.
Our store credit coupon has no expiry.
Once your item has been received in our office, our friendly team will inspect the garments. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
Credit coupon cannot be used with any other offer/promo discount.
